Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your item because the size isn't quite right, or you went overboard with your retail therapy, the process couldn't be easier. We're happy to accept returns or exchanges on unworn jewelry that are in their original condition.

Simply email us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will send you our easy step-by-step instructions. 

Please include the order number and the name the order was placed under. You can use our Contact Form or email us at team@troveandco.com 

Please note the following: 

  • Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • For the return or exchange to be accepted, the item(s) must be in new, clean and unworn condition, without scratches, and in original packagingItems are subject to inspection upon their return.
  • All sale items, earrings, custom orders and wholesale orders are final sale.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

We will process returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your package, but please allow up to 5 business days during busier times of the year. A copy of the refund receipt will be sent to your email. Once the refund is issued, it may take your bank 1 to 4 working days to process the funds.

Any package that is deemed "non-deliverable" due to an incorrect address and gets returned to us, may incur additional return shipping costs for us to claim it. This return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund balance. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. If there are any mistakes, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to fix it. 

Trove & Co. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been worn, not in original condition or altered in any way.  All packaging must be included in your return.
