At Trove & Co. we pride ourselves on the quick handling of your order either on the same day or by the next business day. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day. All items ship from our workshop in Vancouver, Canada.

- Packages shipped with Canada Post and USPS have an estimated delivery date and not a guarantee. During busier times of the year or during severe weather conditions or events beyond our control, there may be some delay in the estimated delivery time.
- Once a package has been dispatched, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made.
- If you have time constraints, please upgrade the shipping to Express Shipping on the checkout page.
- Please note that the delivery time may be delayed if you live in a rural area.
There are no duties on purchases from Canada and the United States.
For international orders outside of North America, there may be customs duties on your shipment depending on your country’s laws. From our experience, most packages are delivered without additional charges.
