EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer and wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your goods. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a nominated third party receive the package.
How to Withdraw
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the following ways:
Online: Use the 'Withdraw from contract' button above, then enter your name, email address and order number.
By email: Send an email to team@troveandco.com and let us know your order number and the name the order was placed under. We inspect all returns before processing your refund
Please note, to qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in new, clean and unworn condition, without scratches, and in original packaging. Items are subject to inspection upon their return.
Once we receive your returned goods and confirm their condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 7 days.
