Packages shipped with Canada Post and USPS have an estimated delivery date and not a guarantee. During busier times of the year or during severe weather conditions or events beyond our control, there may be some delay in the estimated delivery time.
Once a package has been dispatched, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made.
If you have time constraints, please upgrade the shipping to Express Shipping on the checkout page.
Please note that the delivery time may be delayed if you live in a rural area.
There are no duties on purchases from Canada and the United States.
For international orders outside of North America, there may be customs duties on your shipment depending on your country’s laws. From our experience, most packages are delivered without additional charges.

If you need to return or exchange your item because the size isn't quite right, or you went overboard with your retail therapy, the process couldn't be easier. We're happy to accept returns or exchanges on unworn jewelry that are in their original condition.
Simply email us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will send you our easy step-by-step instructions.

Please note the following:
Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
For the return or exchange to be accepted, the item(s) must be in new, clean and unworn condition, without scratches, and in original packaging. Items are subject to inspection upon their return.
All sale items, earrings, custom orders and wholesale orders are final sale.
Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
We will process returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your package, but please allow up to 5 business days during busier times of the year. A copy of the refund receipt will be sent to your email. Once the refund is issued, it may take your bank 1 to 4 working days to process the funds.
Any package that is deemed "non-deliverable" due to an incorrect address and gets returned to us, may incur additional return shipping costs for us to claim it. This return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund balance. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. If there are any mistakes, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to fix it.
Trove & Co. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been worn, not in original condition or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
